Download the Ostaco 3015 Software

After you click the download link above in Step 1, you will be asked if you wish to run or save this file. Click the "Run" button in order to run the download after it has completed.

The program will begin to download to your computer. This may take up to serveral minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

After the download is complete, you may be presented with another window asking you if you are sure you wish to "Run" the program you just downloaded. Click the "Run" button again.

Once the installation has started, the first screen that will require your attention is a small window prompting you to enter your User Name and Company Name as shown below:

Enter your name and company information in the boxes provided and click on the "Next >" button to continue the installation of the Ostaco software.

The next step requires that you choose the destination where the Ostaco software is to be installed on your computer. Most of the time the default destination folder is acceptable and you can just click the "Next >" button to continue the installation.

The installation of the Ostaco software will now begin and it may take up to several minutes depending on the speed of your computer to fully install.

Once the installation is complete, you will be prompted with a window that reads "Installshield Wizard Complete". At this point you may click the "Finish" button to complete the installation procedure.

You may locate the Ostaco program icon in two locations once installed on your computer.

1. On your desktop: The icon will look like the following (without the black border):
    
2. By browsing your program list by clicking on the "Start" button in the lower left hand corner of your screen and selecting "All Programs". The Ostaco software should be listed in its own folder called "Ostaco". From there you may expand the Ostaco folder and click on the program called "OstacoParadigmPlus".

A few moments after you run the program for the first time, you will be prompted to provide your login and password to the Ostaco software. If you do not have a login or password or have forgotten or misplaced your credentials, you may contact an Ostaco representative at 905-201-7885.

Enter your Username and Password and click the OK button to continue.

The first time you run the Ostaco software, it will automatically update itself with the latest files to keep itself current. It may take a few seconds to load, but you will eventually be presented with the following window:

Click the "Yes" button to begin the automatic update procedure.

The automatic update may take several minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.

Once the update has completed, the Ostaco software will run itself again and re-prompt you to log in for the first time. At this point the Ostaco software should be properly installed on your computer and ready for usage with the Ostaco order system and database.
